This landing page does not use cookies, analytics tools, external scripts, or external font integrations (even htmx is hosted self-sufficiently). The page is served via Fly.io. As with any web server, technically necessary access data (e.g., IP address) is processed for the duration of the request in order to serve the page to your browser.

Waitlist Registration

When you register for our waitlist using the form on this website, we process your email address exclusively for this purpose.

Legal Basis: Your explicit consent (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a GDPR) which you grant by ticking the checkbox in the registration form.

Data Processor: The form is processed by our own backend service, which is hosted with Fly.io, Inc. (San Francisco, USA) in the EU region Frankfurt (fra). Fly.io is a US company. The transfer of data to Fly.io is based on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which Fly.io participates in, as well as a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) concluded with Fly.io. The database (PostgreSQL) and this website are also hosted at Fly.io in the same region.

Stored Data: Only your email address, a consent flag, and the timestamp of registration. No IP addresses, cookies, or other identifiers are stored permanently.

Retention Period: Until we contact you regarding the waitlist, or until you withdraw your consent.

Your Rights: You can withdraw your consent at any time and request the erasure of your data. Please contact us using the contact details specified in our Legal Notice (Imprint).
